I was in Cambridge at the weekend, and came across this small book store. While rumaging around i found a hardback copy of TS =D. I bought it immidiately, because shamefully i havnt got it it!. The biggest surprise came when i got outside and opened it up and saw written on the title page "Enjoy! Alex Scarrow" I was blooming happy!

Another note on the book. My local Asda has got quite a few copies of the paperback in its Mainstream section, was was nice to see!

Hi Lee....next time your in Asda and you see SUNS, could you take a looksee if those are 1st or second editions. You can tell this by turning to the copright page. Amidst the jumble of info you'll find something like this:

9 1 8 2 7 3 6 4 5 0 (basically a random arrangement of numbers 0-9) If there's no 1 in the number, then it's the 2nd print run of the hardback. If there's no 1 or 2, then it's the third print run...and so on.

I'm just curious to see whether Asda are clearing old stock, or have ordered in new supplies of the book.

Blimey! I didn't know I was back in Tescos. That seems like good news. Anyone else seen SUNS/Last Light in their Tescos?

I think its great news seeing em in supermarkets. I worked in sainburys for a couple of years and i put a lot of books thru my till. Also loads of stores stick books on the checkouts, and a lot of people pick em up from there while queing.

No Waitrose, Tescos, Sainsbury or Asda here in Alderney. Will 'Arkwright et fils' do? But no books.

How about from Guernsey or Jersey? Guys?
