I was looking on ebay for early HB editions that were signed by Simon and seen that about a third of them were nothing like his signature. Fake sigs are a big problem on ebay and from what I have seen, might be creeping in on Simons books.
Not sure if anyone can answer this but did Simon sign differently years ago??
All of the books I have signed by Simon look very similar. I just do not want to purchase a forged fake as I am sure no fan does. It is tough because I only became a fan of Simons and the Eagle books about 3 years ago, so I am really not sure. I just know they look very different. I want to have every UK first Edition signed by the real Simon so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

simple answer, ask the seller to send you a picture of the siggy and then post it here we can tell you if its right, and if simon is around who better to authenticate it.
most of the siggys i have back to under the eagle are pretty much the same.

is there any other way of getting Simon to sign a book for you? Cause I would love to have my Copy Of Gladiator signed without having to buy a signed copy... ill have no money left now ive ordered all his previous books in the series!

I copied the pictures of a few, not quite sure how to insert them into a post.
Thanks for the help Parm!! By the way I love that punching cat, very cool! Your cat? or a video you picked up.
I wonder if Simon will have any plans for U.S. book tours in the future? |

They actually do sell them, I was buying them all online and couldn't wait for the next as I read faster than I got paid :P
I found several, though not the whole series, at Barnes and Noble if I recall correctly. |

thats online...not US publishers bricks an mortar. Barnes an Noble sell UK publications.
Ste Martins Press used to print Simons books but they stopped because they are silly billys
