There's this latin phrase which I came across, and I can't find out what it means. So much for all those years I put in at GCSE not so long ago... The phrase is:
It's off a computer game - the main character's returning from hunting to find his house taken over by Soviets. It's obviously not that important, it just bugged me 'cause I did latin for GCSE 2 years ago, and I can't remember a word!
I remember "pilatus" meaning "to be armed with the pilum" (javelin). in credo couls also mean 'I rely on'. So the phrase, in that context, could mean 'I rely on my [being armed with] a javelin'.
"It's hard to work in a group when you're omniscient."
