Okay, ideally no one should vote for themselves, However...I have no way of checking who's playing ball and who's cheating, so knowing what human nature is like, I'd suggest you all vote for yourself, and then what will decide the winning 4 in the first round will be anybody who isn't a candidate, who can be coaxed into voting.
It's more straight forward in round 2,3 as some of the candidates will be ousted and thus participating as mere voters, and we'll have more of a genuine competition on the go.

That sounds fair to me. We'll all vote for ourselves and see if anyone else votes at all. WE might all end up with one vote each!
