Welcome, Pete! If you enjoyed Young Bloods you'll find Generals even better. How many of the Eagles have you read so far, just the first one or all of them?
Cheers

Salve! Subbie. Welcome to our humble abode. I'm off to your side of the pond next week. Vancouver. Where are you from?

Ankhsy, I am from Victoria, a stones through, but pricey ferry ride from Vancouver!! In the eagle series I have read the first 4, not always an easy find where I am, but I am tenacious, and time in between finding the books is just a good excuse for a re-read. Thank you all for the warm welcome

Subbie, if you struggle to get any of the later Eagles, hope on over to Scarrowshop.co.uk and you can get the mall in PB there and the later titles in Hardback also. Shameless advertising i know but hey i;'m sure you don't mind. The biggest sell is the fact you'll be supporting the brothers efforts to write more books....hehe

| Hi There, just googled "Scarrow" and here I am. I've been reading the Eagle Series for years and just finished "in the sand". I've visited Jordan in 2004 and realy enjoyed having Cato and Macro wander through that amazing country! Can't wait for them to get stuck in Syria ;) |

Welcome Scipio! You're among friends, so feel free to join in any of the arguments (grin) and especially to contribute to our six-word story.
Cheers

Nice forum. Found it while reading Garpy's post in AW. Had no idea, really, how successful you were, and very glad to see there are more working (and successful!) genre writers on those boards than I thought.

Hi all.
Sorting out my Scarrow book section today to make way for Centurion (don't worry I'm giving nothing away other than it's a great read) and I found the cdrom that I was given last year. Got to congratulate you both on the quality of the work you guys produce. Alex, any chance of you writing a series or are you sticking to the one offs for now? Last light was excellent by the way. |

Hi Spoon,
I'm giving very serious thought to doing a sequel to Last Light. Just got to convince my editor it's a good idea. I really, really...would like to get a series of some sort up and running. So that's exactly what I'm working on right now.
Btw...I see on your details that you've put yourself as an agent...a literary agent? |

| Interesting to see how a Last Light sequel would work. Interesting. I love the fact that your style is so destinctive I think it would work will with a series. Not a literary agent. Say no more. |

Hi all
Read the Eagle books and got the site from them. Alex`s books are in the pile to be read as are Simons new ones. Problem is its a big pile, might have to queue jump them. Hope the bed doesn`t tip over while I manoeuvre them to the top, the missus will kill me!!!!!!!!
Errrrmmmm.........TWIST!! |
