I'm going to visit the Waterstones on Deansgate to sign some stock (if they have any left) and enjoy a Flubbblubbacino in the coffee shop at around 2pm that day if there's anyone here who lives local, has a copy of SUNS and fancies it signed, doodled...and anything else I can do to make it sell for a packet on Ebay. Might even bring some promo CDRoms

My wife has family up in Manchester...we're attending 40th birthday bash, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to pop in to 'Stones.
Where abouts are you based John? |

I'm south of London Alex, midway to Brighton. It takes quite a while just to get round London for a northbound journey, for Manchester it would be about 6 hours from here which is rather too much for a day out even to met you (grin).
Cheers

| interview's just fine. So I guess I'll see you in the cafe of Waterstones on Deansgate at 2pm Saturday 9th Sept, okay? I'll try and have some prop to identify myself, a copy of SUNS or one of Simon's books. |

Cheeky sod, I have the full face beard (after quitting the goatee on its own. so its currently more like a bears backside hanging out of the mouth look currently.) As to the hair its down to the middle of my back (and its long not a hairy Jeremy gorilla like you Andy.)

Depends if I have a migraine.
Alex should be easy to spot, the guy vandalising the books and not getting chucked out by security might be a bit of a giveaway.
Sorry AC misread your post. Yep Alex should be spotable from that. Either that or I may just turn round and yell "Alex Scarrow where are you, you've been sleeping with my wife" and see who looks nervous. LOL

I wish I could be a fly on the wall when that happens.
If that happened in Spain, that would increase his book sales.

Will make sure I know where the flower shop is then. LOL
Besides which Im sure Alex will have played things sensibly and showed her the thread to make sure that she knows everything is innocent. Or at least I would to cover my own backside. LOL

Recommend that you take some stock for Alex to sign. I bought the one and only copy of Suns (in hardback at full price!) from my local Waterstone's, 50 miles down the road in Chester, on Monday. If Manchester has a similar stocking policy, this could be a very short visit. |
